Having spent the past four seasons with very little success at home and basically relying on our away form to keep us up, maybe this season things are turning round at last and Selhurst will finally become the fortress it should be considering the atmosphere we generate.

Right tom.
Even on a crap day the atmosphere leaves loads of other grounds standing.

Fortress Selhurst indeed. Its our best run of form at home in over 3 years.

Roy and the players sense it as well.

Every time Roy is interviewed, he makes reference to the amazing support the team receives at home (And away).

At last the moaning seems to have settled down, and all the stands are pulling together.

I was in the Main Stand yesterday, and 98% of the crowd stayed until the end of the game. There were also lots of random ‘high fives’ going on around my area when the winner was scored.

The players body language has also improved. The subs all got up from their seats when Sakho scored and you sense the ‘togetherness’ of the squad.

Should make the game on Tuesday a lot more competitive.
