Yes but I think the reason he was going to run down contract was FDB. With our current position in League we don't know where we will be playing next year so contract offers will probably not be made till later in season. Thus we could lose any of the player who are out of contract in summer if they sign pre-contract agreements after Jan. Personally I think he will be made an offer and stay.
