Knowing Hodgson, it's going to be:

Fosu-Mensah, Dann, Sakho, Ward
McArthur, Cabaye, Milivojevic, Schlupp
Zaha, Townsend

Though I'm not a fan of the right footed Ward as fullback, I doubt he'll change with PVA still being sidelined. He probably won't send Benteke from first minute either after his long injury

Roy likes two up top so I can see Zaha playing up with Bentenke, who I think will start as I think it's better that than him coming on cold, plus we desperately need points. Personally I would drop Schlupp for McArthur, but I don't think Roy will.

Easy choice for the manager today. Only 12 players rumoured to be starters. Most people here (except myself) have put Benteke as a starter, therefore one of McArthur or Schlupp would sit out.
One person actually put both McArthur and Schlupp in the team (with Schlupp at left back) and left out Ward.

So it looks like an easy choice, Hodgson taking his pick from McArthur, Schlupp and Ward. 2 of those will play, depending on whether Schlupp will be left back or left midfielder.
