It's going to be pretty much what Goldfiinger said. I just have a few reservations. 1. Freedman is fantastic at spotting talent. He proved that at champ level with players developing into prem players. Hopefully he can make the call on prospects to make an impact at prem level straight off. There's a slight chance he might be here to scout champ level players to develop into prem level again. 2. He can't have any more contacts outside of the uk than we currently have, but he'll have more nous than we do in the uk. Possibly helpful at champ level. 3. Building infrastructure. Although he's experienced better at Bolton, Forest etc, he hasn't seen it being developed. But he knows what we're lacking so that's more than Parish appreciates. Yeah agree to, DF will likely be best suited with UK based contacts via lower leagues but that's no bad thing. Almost need someone of similar elk for the international market. But one step at a time. Hey DF might be a complete failure but hopefully he's not and we could really do with him being a success for our own sake. Although I must say generally speaking I believe we've begun signing better players or rather have avoid a tier of player we were signing a couple of years ago, but due to finance and the want of some top level proven players we have to be able to balance that with decent cheaper players. When we tried that we failed and signed a fair few duds. Touch wood DF can help on that front. But no doubt he won't get them all spot on. No one can. Let's hope he does well enough that we can get behind him.

What is the benefit of knowing who reports to who? All I can imagine is that the knowledge would be banked and used to beat someone over the head with, if things don't go the way they like.
