Everton are reported to be interested in....Marco Silver.
No release clause in his Watford contract, though.

BFatSam has ruled himself out as Everton only prepared to offer him a one year deal, not attractive enough to bring him out of retirement.

According to ssn allardyce And silva both out of the running and even though dyche was the early favourite there has been no contact looks like the job might be unsworths to lose , I hope their minds are elsewhere on saturday and we may nick something

''No, he's sh1t.''

''What's he ever done?''

'Look at him in the 4-0. No thanks.''

''Showed no passion. A man beaten. Not Palace.'' (Ahem, Frank?)

Just some of the clueless opinions read about Silva on here.

You have a point but if he did go to EFC or another bigger club then the proof would be in the pudding. Time will tell on him.
It may be he's in his comfort zone with average clubs and afraid of that step up so to speak.

Watford is sitting very neatly on almost 4 times the points we have , on a similar budget. I rest my case.
