Hopefully they can now get on with 7 charges of manslaughter against the driver. The driver's union ASLEF's Finn Brennan said tram drivers still have a "fear" of being sacked if they "report being tired". So they should. More so when you fall asleep on the first job of the day. If a truck driver fell asleep and killed people, everyone would expect them to face the consequences.
