Zaha is a serious plus for our team, so to start a thread saying that he has improved 1000% then blame him for losing us points is just plain stupid, much like ALL your other posts. You are a troll, I have said it before and yet you still you post. Croydonlad my @rse, you are from Newcastle. I know it's sh!te up there, no rail investment, no more northern power house and I for one genuinely think that we should as a country look to invest more in the north but it's been years since Pardew left your Club and your at least back in the Prem, so try and get over it and spend your time posting on your own forum. Lord knows Newcastle could do with your support right now and your higher in the league than us. If you don't like the cold up there, move, the world is big. And for any true Palace fans that want to reply to this troll, do you think that a Palace fan would call Zaha, haha? The H and the Z are nowhere near each other. This guy is a troll. Recognise. Zaha missed an open goal, sh!t happens, c'est la vie, maybe he'll score next time, like he did against wet spam.

Zaha isn't at the top level yet. Proved it with that miss v Spurs and Chelsea when through on goal and the negative feelings in his head with David Luiz a yard behind him. Should've driven into the box to make Luiz feel the pressure. Instead wilf felt the pressure and wasted it. He had another chance v Chelsea. He's not there yet but he could be. It took Dier to come over and slide tackle him 3 times so maybe top managers will see that part of it is he's carrying us and with support his strengths would cause lots of damage. They're all almost there. Can't defend v sh1t teams and can't finish v top teams. Let's hope teams defending behind the ball and hitting us on the break doesn't kill this hope of this impending recovery of top to mid table form. Edited by Rudi Hedman (06 Nov 2017 9.33am) Spot On

Roy Hodgson (And Ray Lewington) work very hard on the training round on team shape, organisation, distances etc using drill after drill. It is paying off. Not in enough points it isn't but I agree he knows what he's doing and if he had all the tools necessary I'd bet we're staying up. Hopefully we won't run out of time on the up like when Newcastle went down.

Hopefully we won't run out of time on the up like when Newcastle went down. When Benitez took over with 10 games to go there were in the relegation zone in 19th place. They only won 3 of those last 10 games and finished in 18th. One can sense the sheer frustration in Hodgson's voice when he says that we don't have a recognised centre-forward and if we want to change things all we have got is a left-winger in Sako.
