Go back further in time and there was a worse one. In about 1969/1970 I saw Palace away at Spurs or Arsenal and they wore a shirt with white and yellow stripes which was far worse than the Cup Final replay shirt. Anyone else remember it too?

1990 replay kit here too. When they trotted out in that I knew we were doomed. What an awful night that was.

What were the club thinking?

S'funny, I'm a natural Palace pessimist, but when I saw the yellow and black I thought it looked class, and I actually thought "this is it". Then normality set in with Alan Gunn singing to MUFC's tune.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Our away kit from 1970 1971 takes some beating.Red tops and blue shorts but both the red and blue were in primary mid range shade. It looked like some Sunday league strip that had been purchased on the cheap.

I have tried to find a photo but no luck so far although there is a representation of it in the Place History Section under Classic Kits - it doesn't do it full justice though.

The famous leisure top from the early 90’s was ugly as f*** and I heard somewhere had the worst selling figures out of any football top ever made.

We had a green/red away kit in the Bert Head days.It was absolutely shockingly!I remember us running out at Upton Park and the West Ham fans laughing!
Malcolm Alison was right a good team needs a decent kit hence the Barcelona and sash kits!

this one was pretty boring....not only was it boring. But the material was really sh**tty quality and gave me chaffing when rubbing against my nipples.
