PVA getting worse every game and must be rested. Along with Schlupp both lack concentration and so much breaks down with their bad passing the left side is terrible except Wilf
Please try Schlupp st left back we cannot play both of them at least Schlupp is is playing a bit better than he was but for me only 5th choice for midfield

Wilf was poor too! Couldn’t get a cross in and constantly running down blind alleys. Agree we need a proper left back. Ward in next game please. PVA not the same player he was last season

I'd stick in Ward with the instruction not to cross the halfway line, just hold your territory and be solid.

Maybe roys rigid positioning is affecting pva.
It cant be coincidence that form has dropped in more than one player.
Plan b would be a bonus.

Ward is more solid then PVA and should always be allowed to venture forward, I'd say today if on the pitch in place of PVA our defence would have been a lot more determined to get into them.

I think he's a decent player but he needs a break, I would suggest resting him for a couple of games. surprised he wasn't subbed today with Schlupp dropping back.

Nah. Times change. Up your expectations. Best football, what were you watching? This squad should be doing better , much better. Roy does not have the answers. His time is up in the summer for me.

No, today Brighton's players showed how good they are at defending the ball, they just had better and stronger players then us, quite simple to see.
Their home form is due to them.

Nothing to do with Roy.

i like PVA...however, he has always been slightly suspect defensive wise, but he tends to get himself out of trouble due to his speed.

when ward was on the other side, he got away with it to a certain extent as the oppostion targeted wards side as they was him a weaker link.

however, now teams realise wingers really dont like AWB, they are focusing more of their play down PVA’s side...if i was honest maybe pap souare is slightly better defensivly, but PVA is better overall.

we just have to suck it up and accept it for what it is.
