A lot has been said in the media about the Cabaye challenge on Yedlin and whether it should have been a red. Those watching the game might remember this:
'71: Joselu is probably a lucky boy not to get a second yellow here. It's a late challenge on McArthur, and the Newcastle forward probably benefits from the fact that the Palace midfielder got straight back up.'

Joselu took Mac out mid shin and the ref chose not to issue a yellow. Had he done so they would have been down to ten men and the result in all likelihood would have been different. Maybe our players should have run around shouting as their's did after the Cabaye challenge but we just got on with it.
