its very easy to totally neglect the zaha effect with that statement tho isnt it.

I never like to hinge an entire teams achievements on the presence of one player. What it has done is given us a different option. Was all becoming very predictable and readable with benteke week in week out.

agreed, i dont like to do that either...however, its how it is so we may as well accept it.

bentekkers needs service, he is a target man player, he never has & never will make his own chances, he finishes whats created for him.

its very lazy to blame him when he is completely isolated most of the time.

no zaha no party.

i think if he was winning matches and we found ourselves in watford/newcastles/burnleys position the fact he was an arse wouldav been accepted.

True but that was never going to happen. That was clear to me weeks after Frank signed and clear to everyone after 45 mins v Huddersfield. He was kept on with the same hope Pardew was, only let go a lot sooner. He actually should've been let go by mutual consent in early July with Roy brought in then. Better still, never hired in the first place and instead any of the others. Dyche if necessary. He'd also be a football fitting, stable long term appointment who would evolve us as and when we can.
