In his post-match interview, Roy used the term "nervosity". Is this a new word for the English language? Whatever it is, we need to shed it fast and demonstrate that we've got bouncebackability.

I think it's a polite word for "s***e".

(Of course the quality noun from "nervous" shojld be "nervousness".)

Its what happens too often at Selhurst. If the opposition scores first the nerves and disappointment in the crowd seeps into the team and they sit too deep like frightened rabbits scared of making a mistake.
We have a reputation for a tight ground with a fantastic atmosphere which is true especially when the team are playing well or winning. However when things are not going well (like now) the negative atmosphere can have a detrimental effect.

Which is why we need a strong captain not puncheon who is actually abysmal and has been for a long time, he's useless and shouldn't even be on the bench, get him out the team, strip him of the captaincy and give it to sakho who will actually lead on the pitch and instil confidence in the players around him.

Won't happen tho will it because he's from Croydon and supports palace ffs

Didn't stop him celebrating when he scored a hatrick for Millwall against us.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.
