One thing that stood out today and has done from week 2 is that "we are a one player team " Wilf missing the rest cannot function .

Another thing that stood out and has done for the last year is Ward and Pucheon are below the required standard Along with a few others.

A must when fit is Sakho to be made Captain with out delay .

Agree with this and Wilf missing meant Townsend had 2 men on him every time he got the ball and struggled to get a cross in.

With Wilf injured, I wonder why we don't play PVA and Schlopp on the left, can see them working well together and give us width on both sides.

If/when Sakho and Tempkins are both fit, I'd play them both in the Middle and move Fosu-Mensah to right back.

Luka looked better when he came in but was been average in other games this year. Would like to see the new Dutch boy (Riedawald, sp?) given a game as defensive mid.

Luka has been poor because of the handling of the team and him this summer and into the 1stvfew games. I've had to post this so many times I might make it my footer.

He's old and we should've kept Frank de Boer.

Too true and I think it's fair to assume that, without the benefit of longevity, the opposite may well apply.

He would have learned that we are not physical enough. In our three home games the oppos midfield have completely outmuscled ours. Lemina and Romeu on Sat just trampled over our players who spent most of the tome on the floor after challenges. We need a Jedi Mk 2

Starting with Luca, Cabaye and Cheek will solve a lot of that.
