I agree he is a good communicator but that does not mean we will win matches as has been so clear this season. Sadly his time is up and he has to be dropped. Other players must be sat on the bench wondering what they have to do to get in the team and that is also bad for morale. Teams have sussed him out. I never thought I would say it but I would be happy with Hennesey as captain if it meant Puncheon being dropped! Sorry Jason, great club man but quit whilst you are still ahead. Happy for him to remain club captain in and around the squad, just not on the pitch!
You have to be joking as he cannot organise his defenders let alone the whole team as well LOL
