Well, we signed that extra arm-logo sponsorship, so that's probably another 2M. And the Manbet logo was also I think 6M or something. I am expecting they Budgeted for 30M, plus player sales. They may have to kick in cash to pay for a player then hope they can get it back quickly by selling players before the window shuts. I think the bigger challenge may be that the teams we are competing with for players have sold players and so have a lot they could spend if they wanted too (probably constrained by the wage bill more than the purchase price). Swans and Burnley both have more than 40M burning a hole in their pockets, and the urgently need to bring in replacements. I'm sure the agents of the players we are closing in on are texting all the teams trying to drum up the best deal. Seagulls and Huddersfield probably have it the worst. Newcastle has Benitez and a big-club reputation (but is still pissed they haven't signed any class players), but the other two will be tapped for immediately going back down, so they would be a player's last choice. (Both overpaid for unknown non-prem players, but it looks like Huddersfield did really well with Mooy and Mounie --which could keep them up) These teams know they revenue is going to go way up, so they can spend lots of cash, they just need to convince players to sign!

Huddersfield have soentv £35.5m so far. Nor bad for a promoted side. ..

Wage cap for prem teams is something like £75m this year (from TV --they can spend other money as they like), and Huddersfield were probably spending less than £10m in the Championship.
