I'm not sure if it's advertised much in advance of the tickets going on sale, but some guesses are:

Swansea, B
Southampton, A
Chelsea, A+
West Ham, A
Everton, B
Stoke, B
Bournemouth, B
Watford, A
Arsenal, A+
Citeh, A
Burnley, B
Newcastle, B
Spurs, A+
w***ers, A+
Scousers, A+
Seagulls, A+
Leicester, B
Baggies, B

Not sure how four consecutive A+ matches can be handled though, maybe spurs/w***ers with Burnley/Newcastle and scousers/seagulls with leicester/baggies...
