As the Palace have sadly limited the number of U23 games we're allowed to see it was nice to be able to attend Selhurst Park to watch the 1st team squad in training.
And very interesting it was too.At first it seemed a little low key with gentle exercise routines,but built up to quick intensive possession work,and fast moving mini football matches.
And while the others warmed down Frank took Benteke and Townsend aside for shooting practise,they had to score past Jules from Frank's passes.
And finally the players came over to see fans.It was good , I hope they do it again.
