Thank you for this heartfelt post and I agree on such a miserable performance from our team, it is demoralising and upsetting. And where else but this board and other CPFC sites to vent our frustrations and to get a broader insight.

Personally, I feel that if a Professional of any field that seeks to be a top earner and that's what a premiership player should be. Then, when faced with a new challenge, in this case, Total Football in its many variations. Then In order to progress, I would have to find extra hours to upgrade my dribbling, ball/passing or whatever is lacking in my repertoire to achieve this. Which I am hopeful is what is going on. But it's not easy to predict that it's going to work for everyone in a team of individuals so soon, often it does if you want to prove you are a top order professional.

We can all agree that even the team themselves would feel they could have done a better job on the day in the same formation.

As I have said previously it's going to be a bumpy ride, and I'm up for another Palace roller coaster.

It looks like the first bump surprised us all, myself included. I have faith that Steve Parish is as nervous as any of us. Its a guarantee Frank won't be the loser out of this as we would never have even raised the cash THAT the top six EPL clubs HAVE.

I have faith in Frank because our perennial problem has always been cash. With Frank at the Helm, Our Academy is going to get us that cash. Yes not tommorrow, but sooner than some others predict. All the top clubs need players versed in this style. Once we are rolling from the ground up, our stalls will be open. The demography of south London is our biggest asset.

We didn't announce Frank until 24 hours before Southampton announced Pellegrino. Then there was the mention of Frank's agent ringing Parish to assure Parish that the press story of Frank wanting the Southampton job wasn't true. Why announce it quickly before Southampton?

I don't blame anyone for wanting to manage Southampton over us. Who wouldn't? Of course I will support Frank and the team. I did, or tried to, when Sam came in, whilst others preferred to derail our chances until the HF realised its either survive with him or disappear with Charlton.

The problem I and others have is Frank deciding on a formation we're suited to before assessing the squad, then playing 3 new players for this preferred formation whilst also needing another 3 players. Playing the whole right side when they haven't played there and 2 of the youngest players on the pitch as centre halves. We were unprepared with arrogance or naivety and that is a major concern.

I want any manager to succeed because if they don't it means we aren't. But right now I'm really concerned. I heard 'results over style' from Frank and assurances of doing it gradually. I hope that isn't ignored like the attributes of the squad.
