Whilst I agree with the ineptitude of Moss to protect Wilf & the tactics used by HTFC....., ive a Q? to ask.

Some of you posters have eluded to Moss verbally telling Wilf to STFU or he'll be cautioned(booked). Now if this is the case; 1) how does anyone know this & 2) What EXACTLY was said?

Reason for asking is the Match Officials are all 'mike'd' up.....So therefore a transcript of convo's will be available.

Now, this wont help Wilf or CPFC as match result will stand, BUT, it might force the FA & the RA to look at there 'options' shall we say.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

We didn't have this problem when Bolasie was here. Now that he's gone there's only one person they have to concentrate on stopping, but Mister Pardew saw to that.

Yala wanted to move. Pardew had nothing to do with it.

Don't smear sh1te undeservedly. It's infantile.

IMHO when we played the second half against Schalke all the midfield boys got stuck in and AS SUCH were able to see off their attacks and create space for Wilf and Andros. On Saturday Wilf had no one close enough to him.

It's one learning curve we can ill afford. I agree at these times Zaha needs closer cover from maybe Luka or PVA to help out and stamp it out. Otherwise, we will need someone to come on and be a Jedi on such occasions.

It was quite obvious as when Wilf was fouled and complained (as he does) by shouting towards Moss and plainly showing his disgust for the treatment received, Moss strode over to him and though too far away for me make anything specific out, his body language made it clear that Wilf was being warned.

Unfortunately I think Wilf now has a reputation for complaining (and has been lucky to not be cautioned before) so is less likely to get anything from some of these 'top' referees.

The plus side to this is everyone will now have to revert to tactics instead of the instinct to constantly pass to our most dangerous player. 3 average members of a team on a wavelength are more effective than 1 superstar trying to do it all on his own. Still, it's a massive massive blow for us.

no issue with the ref telling a player to STFU. in fact, encourage it. these players have zero respect for the refs. should let the refs have a full on scrap with the players. be better than watching last saturday!
