Is it legal to let someone use your season ticket ? Or is something that's just taken as done.Are there photos on cards is etc ?

If you let the club know generally they are ok with it, and will even let you send it to the user in the form of an E-ticket (please correct me if I'm wrong anyone). I say this I've used a few others' season tickets directly or as E-tickets on occasion with absolutely no problem. P.S. If you're can't make a match and want to sell, let me know, I've not bought a season ticket this year but might be able to make the odd match.
