Sorry to spam you guys, just another dissertation writer. I'm writing my dissertation on how Premier League clubs communicate with communities and whether they have a positive impact on community cohesion. For example what work do they do in the community? Are you happy with the current academy situation? Do you think they Crystal Palace could do more? Do you think the Premier League and FA could be helping local communities out more? If you could provide any feedback that would be great. Edited by JC_14 (12 Jul 2017 10.17pm)

I think there could be more information about the things they do do, as I'm not sure about others but I rarely hear about all the things I imagine they do do. Maybe just me not looking in the right places.

Thanks Stephen, I have already been in contact with the Foundation who have already agreed to help with my dissertation. What I am trying to do here is to get a fan point and how they perceive the club benefit the community from a personal perspective. Especially if anyone has any strong views on the matter

The foundation is under new management and has been relaunched and rebranded as Palace For Life. As a fan I can already see a difference in the amount of work and focus there is for the community. The Downs Syndrome work is particularly pleasing to see, the smiles on the kids faces are truly magical. The players get directly involved which for a family club like ours is vital if we are going to bring communities together. The fundraising is of course important and its the fun in the fundraising that brings people together. The new Palace For Life seems to have started its life in the right way. Parrot
