Francis Coquelin -suggestion- competition for Luka

I thought jack cork would been great competition for Luka but now he's joined Burnley. What about coquelin has a wealth of experience playing 148 games for Arsenal at 26, not the tallest of defensive midfielders but comfortable on the ball and strong in the tackles.
Wouldn't of thought he'd be more than 6 to 10m.

I think JR from Ajax can play both CB and DM so I assume he'll be cover for Luka and left CB.

Also as we've signed RLC I can see Jimmy Mac being cashed in.

Personally can't see us signing another midfielder unless it's an attacking mid.

I think that was the problem last season, not enough ultity players we only really had Kelly and Tomkins to a degree.

Yeah I suspect Parish was impressed by the double signing of PVA and Schlupp and seeing them both being used in such a short space of time.

Think the JR signing is a great move and is mainly to proved cover for two positions we've been weak at.

I still therefore expect an out and out left sided CB....
