Sorry if it has been mentioned somewhere, but if we spent 30 million on Sakho, and then signed no-one else would you be happy, or would you rather get numerous signings for cheaper?

This is not an option due to our lack of strikers. At the minimum 1 is required, personally I would say 2 which might well put the mockers on a move for Sakho. I don't see us buying him outright but a season long loan move with a permanent move at the end of the season, placing the fee over 2 seasons would be ideal for us but not necessarily the Scousers. I said at the end of the season I'd be more than happy keeping the current team together. Retaining Sakho and Wilf was my first priority. If that's all it is, then so be it. I'd take that.

We need strikers. We cannot live with the current situation regarding the strike force, so far that reason, in your example we have to go with other options. I think Sakho was a rock and really changed the confidence level of the other lads, which was the biggest thing he did. If we could bring him in he could elevate the likes of Dann and co to new heights. That said, we have a seriously undermanned strike force and need to get at least 2 in.

No I wouldn't be happy with that. Does anyone else remember that Sakho got injured and we had NO ONE to provide cover for him. Not to mention we played like SH*T after losing him. Gave Burnley there ONLY Away win of the season last year. And we were in a RELEGATION battle till the final game of the year We need improvements with the addition of a Creative Attacking Midfielder, Central Defensive Midfielder to provide cover for Luka, Strikers to provide cover for Tekkers, we don't have cover for Wilf on the Wing if GOD FORBID he were to go down with an injury. Plus even if we do sign Sakho we don't have cover for him on left side at Center Back.

Your so right. Sakho isn't enough. Only if he plays most games. In the real world something will go wrong at one point and we'll lose pace
