Giuseppi Rossi - released by fiorentina- useful option for 3rd choice forward

B.Sagna- released by m.city -prem experience- better than ward

Holger Babstuber- released by bayern Munich - good cb option

Honda - used to be great - unsure

Thiago motta- improvement on the released flamini. Not back up for Luka

A.kone - not superb but could do a Campbell job for a season.

What's your thoughts got the info from transfermarket

Giuseppe Rossi- too injury prone and not physical enough for the PL

B.Sagna- too old, he's 34. Used to be a good player but age doesn't forgive anyone

Holger Babstuber- Meh. Had he been playing for a mid-table Bundesliga team, no one would have known who he is

Honda - past it at 31

Thiago motta- too old

A.kone - way too old

The only ones who I see as Premier League top level:

Jesus Navas- only as a right back, as he wouldn't make a good side midfielder investment at 31. But he's aquired enough experience to be a fine right back at the end of his career. Would much rather rely on him for 3-4 years than get 34 yo Sagna.

Barazite- very good attacking midfieldef (number 10) in the Netherlands for Utrecht.

Ghezzal- left footed winger, kind of slow but very technically gifted (like Mahrez). Roma and others have made offers, but he's waiting for a PL club to offer him higher wages.

Ricardo Vaz Te- you're gonna laugh at this one, but the guy has been amazing the past seasons. Had acwonderful season in Turkey in terms of goals and assists, even scored 7 in just 2 matches against Bursaspor (!!). As a back-up winger for a PL team, I'd be very happy with him.

Choupo-Moting- reliable winger or even center-forward released by Schalke.

Maybe even Ibrahima Balde (formerly of Atletico Madrid and Krasnodar) would do ok as a bac-up for the center forward in the Premier League.

And with many "maybes" (because of his physical weakness) the very talented Alessio Cerci, who was the best assister in the Serie A 3 years ago even though playing for underdogs Torino.

Well, there you have it. That's my take on the matter. Hope nobody gets angry, it' s just my 2 cents!
