The whole decision to award the world cups to Russia( link " target="_blank">[Link] and Qatar is and will prove to be fiascos. The irritating thing is that no-one will be held responsible - or really punished - and i have no confidence that anyone will learn anything from it. The whole organisation is utter corrupt - and the new current lot (post Sepp Blater) don't seem to be any better.
