This happened to me, in short i was at a 90 * angle and reversing out, across cars parked. I was watching and checking and then a lady reversed out, i stopped and she went into me. Moral of the story, if you cannot see clearly in front of the direction you are going, you are liable.

Reason being I had just picked my children up from a nursery held elsewhere on the premises so it could have very easily been a child on foot she was running over. The response was I shouldn't moralise. I turned tail got in my car and departed at that point before I lost the plot. Insurers have sent paperwork through. Same paperwork I have already completed which refers to my recent accident and says a crash repairer will contact me to arrange works to rectify the damage... err hello.. already done all that. Argh. Give me strength
