This happened to me, in short i was at a 90 * angle and reversing out, across cars parked. I was watching and checking and then a lady reversed out, i stopped and she went into me.
Minimal damage, but was her fault, fact is, it's irrelevant which way i was going, fact is i was in control and stopped, she didn't - what if it were a kid walking past or a wheel chair?

Moral of the story, if you cannot see clearly in front of the direction you are going, you are liable.

Yes I mentioned the part to her about a child. Reason being I had just picked my children up from a nursery held elsewhere on the premises so it could have very easily been a child on foot she was running over. The response was I shouldn't moralise. I turned tail got in my car and departed at that point before I lost the plot.

Insurers have sent paperwork through. Same paperwork I have already completed which refers to my recent accident and says a crash repairer will contact me to arrange works to rectify the damage... err hello.. already done all that. Argh. Give me strength

When I was a young girl my Mother said to me.. You listen here kid you're CPFC

At least when the phone rings and an Asian voice tells you that it's about your recent accident you will at least have had one
