Alan Mullery a total c@#t. Followed closely by Bassett and the conman Venables when he and chairman Ray Bloye took us to the cleaners.

If we're talking hindsight: 1) Steve Bruce. I don't think he'll ever be replaced at the top of this list. Notable others: Freedman doesn't go on the list anywhere. At the time I wanted blood. I was dying to see Bolton flop under him (which they did accordingly) and for him to learn a valuable lesson. That score is settled now and he resumes his place as one of the strikers I was most fond of in my time as a fan. Mullery almost certainly belongs at the top of the list for older Palace fans. Having been born in 1981 though, it's not for me to say. Venebles. My dad brought me up to hate Terry Venebles. Something to do with using his Mrs as an agent to poach Palace players on the cheap and didn't he tried to squeeze a load of cash out of us the second time around despite us being in financial difficulty. But I can barely remember why I'm meant to hate him. Spot on for me too: 1. Bruce Notable other: Pardew

1) Mullery 2) Mullery 3) Mullery . Get the picture. All the others were just disloyal, greedy, dishonest or just incompetent but Mullery was a complete and utter c--t!!!! He also had a face you felt like punching!!

For me, and I have been supporting palace since 91, I would say the manager that I continued to dislike even after they had long left the club was Steve Bruce. I was at the home game vs Birmingham which was a dire draw. Bruce literally ran to the dug out at the final whistle. To be doing so well with Bruce and then to see him leave, us struggle and Brum overtake us...it was rubbing salt into the wound. I have never really hated a Palace manager and certainly never disliked someone purely based on poor results...it is normally the way in which they leave the club that impacts on the fans feelings towards them. Like if we sacked them, fair enough see you later. But when they walk from us...that's when most fans feel let down. Steve Bruce and Tony Pulis are the main two in recent history that fit this bill. The rest just got fired. Freedman for me is a legend and I've nothing but love for him.

Well done for hitting the 9th floor btw mate. Great achievement.
