At least, it would be if they all went in one go. I just think that they are players without any realistic prospect of featuring now or in the future. Some have contracts that are soon to expire, others may attract bids from lower divisions. As they go, they'll be replaced. Either way, no great effort would be made to hold on to them. Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

I wasn't suggesting getting rid of them - that would be ridiculous. At least, it would be if they all went in one go.
