having travelled to away games from London all over the country for the past 30 years, I have always seen many Palace fans travelling up in their cars going up and down the motorway.

The costs of petrol, parking, food and the ticket make away days very expensive for all of us. Not to mention the effect on the environment (if that matters to you).

Therefore I am setting up a Palace Carpool online platform that will link up Palace fans from all over the country and share rides that will also guarantee parking at the away ground as well.

We will be able to match other Palace fans going to the match who live near you, enabling you to either get paid to drive or as a rider, reduce your petrol and parking costs by up to 75%.

I will run the first trial of this service for our last way game of the season to Man U.

If you are interested in taking part in this trial please PM me or leave a reply and I can tell you more. The more Palace fans we have the better, and I plan to get the club behind this once we have run a successful trial.

I have now created the Carpool online platform so it's all ready to go, and I can share this with you.

The plan is then to roll out the Beta service ready for the new season (in the Prem)!

Yes it can. We can map where Palace fans live and then carpool for home matches can also be arranged along with allocated parking.
