Not disputing that, I just don't see the point of another thread when it is already being discussed on the WH thread.

You are blaming Hennessey but what about the defending by Schlupp ? Allowed Vardy to turn far too easily and get his shot off. At the end of the day one has to question the defensive capabilities of Schlupp.

In terms of the Huth goal, I feel Hennessey maybe could have come for the ball instead of standing on his line.

When I think of the goals he has conceded - The free kick by Townsend at Newcastle, The Vardy goal, the Erikson goal on each occasion he has been beaten on his right side. Will think about some of the other goals he has conceded to see if there is a pattern that has been formed.

Not sure how "more of a case to answer" equates with blame, but OK.

I don't blame keepers as a rule. If Hennesey makes 3 cock-ups in a game, it's likely to result in at least one goal. Wilf, as good as he is, can mis-control the ball 10 times, and nothing comes of it (he can then make up for it with a couple of moments of magic, and it's all forgotten)

He started to move real late, no idea why, not like he was missighted by it. But yes, he should have done better. But hey, hes saved us some points recently for sure.

It's refreshing to know, we have so many goalkeeping experts making posts on here. The analysis of every goal we concede is fantastic, there is never a consideration it was a defensive error, just he should of saved it.
There are 100s of goals scored in the Premiership every year, many of the experts on here would expect 90% of them to have been saved.
I can see why Mandanda doesn't make an effort to get into the team, his every move would get analysed by the experts on here.

It's a cracking strike, slow motion replays maybe don't pick up what a speed it flew in with. 2 months ago I thought Hennessey was the devil incarnate but he's done brilliantly lately and I don't think he can be blamed for any dropped points recently.

The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.

Just watched it again, frustrating as he almost got to it but he couldn't really commit until the ball cleared Damo. Great strike but how we let him have so much space
