What I mean is more 'planning to have a family' and ready, as opposed to say, getting knocked up at 18, with no real means of support. I know plenty of people who didn't plan their kids, and falling pregnant led to them realising they were ready - that makes sense to me. What doesn't is why someone who is a teenager is going to become a mother or father. And certainly we need to really educate men on their importance in contraception and the consequences of having a child. It'd be nice to live in a society where someone who is 15 is thinking of the life they have to live, before becoming a parent.
