In all fairness we could have had three penalties for handball against us recently: Chelsea, Southampton then Arsenal. None were given. I don't think Wanyama should have gone for the second foul however had he made another I think he would have gone. I'm more pissed off that Walker didn't go for deliberately smashing wilf into the hoardings. That was nasty, deliberate, borne entirely from frustration at Wilf making him look like an idiot and could have easily resulted in a broken arm or even a concussion. That should have been the red.

That did it for me. Counting up all those fouls but only giving him a warning was unbelievable. Never seen that without a card before. I still can't fathom how they still had 11 (make that 12 with Moss) on the pitch at the end.

If Moss isn't bent he's f*cking incompetent.

This sort of thing is said so often now, I really believe that it's more than incompetence. Not just with Moss, but with a few of them. They can't be that bad, they really can't, if they are were they'd lose their job. They just choose when to interpret the rules correctly depending on which teams are involved.

Funny how the same rules don't apply to Marouane Fellaini - at least, not when he's playing against Citeh. Be a different matter if he'd been playing against us, as we saw last night.

Very good points. The lack of consistency is so obvious. People don't complain about refs for no reason.

As an example, how many times this season have we been able to say that one of our boys was lucky not to get a second yellow or give away a penalty. How many times have we been able to say it against other teams. I can think of 4 right now and there undoubtedly a lot more.

Wilf against Chelsea. Really thought he'd go for various shows of dissent. The ref had a long talk with Dann & Wilf that day and Wilf still kept moaning. Now, he'd been given a tough ride by Chelsea, but could have been easily been given a card. The ref that day? Jon Moss, so maybe it does even itself out a bit.

Still last night I thought Moss was at best inconsistent, but I certainly was reminded of teh game against Arsenal and Coquelin . . .
