Comes across as a top guy. I'm hope his joins permanently. You rarely see the passion from a player on loan.

Sales spiel if ever I heard it. Great player, but he won't be here next season.

Systematically dragged down by the lawmakers

He's just too good for us.

Saved our ass. Thanks, fella.

It is a joke that he is playing for a club fifth from bottom.

But we are the ones who are laughing.

It's also a joke that we are 5th from bottom.

With Sam leading the ship I very much doubt we'll ever be this low again.

But yes Sakho has helped us hugely and thanks to him for that.

The way I read it is Sam got him to his best form and teammates have helped him settle. He feels the love at our club and we got to be an option should Sakho leave lfc . Without the platform cpfc gave Sakho , he was frozen out. His leadership and ability should make him our number 1 target.

It was a mutually beneficial arrangement and I have no doubt that we will be an option at the end of the season but unfortunately not the most attractive one

Maybe not as attractive as teams across Europe. I suppose how ambitious we are. If Wilf sign a new deal , he will wants to see us being ambitious. I agree about mutual benefit for both sides. However, he could currently be unmotivated playing for the lfc u23. We given him a chance. Sam has shown belief in Sakho and if anyone can persuade a player Sam can do it.

You can see that the guy's mentality is immense. Going through what he has in the past year would ruin a lot of people's motivation to succeed but he has come out of a ridiculous fiasco not of his own making with a really admirable composure.

For me that's probably the main benefit he can offer us. Not his own footballimg talent - which is impressive enough - but the influence he brings out on others. To play next to someone with the intelligence and dedication of Sakho, even to players of above average ability, must be huge (look at tomkins and Kelly).

For me Parish must be thinking that if we spend a bit this summer in keeping sakho, benteke and wilf and bringing a couple of others in, the rewards could be huge.

If punk ever happened I'd be preaching the law, instead of listenin to Lydon lecture BBC4

Why were no other top clubs in for him at jan? He must feel like saying tot hose suiters 'oh now ya want me?' personally i would sign a two year deal at palace, see where it goes, after a year he could be snapped up, but that will help both parties.
