This post has been merged from a topic called 'John Terry' by kenbarr Hello Is anybody able to reassure me that there is absolutely no chance of our signing John Terry? The possibility (however slight) is making feel rather ill.

Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'John Terry' by kenbarr The good news is that we have a no cnuts clause written into our contracts. It was Pardew's idea as he wanted to be the only one at club.
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

At present the pre-transfer window is being filled with temptations. John Terry has done 22 years for Chelsea. Jermaine Defoe is still scoring. These are players who have done their bit and will only get slower as they impede our developing players. We have building blocks of Wilfred, Andros, Christian, Johann, Luca, and Mariane (why is my spelling not good?) Sakho. The last two were not associated with Palace at the start of this season and the aim should be to keep all of them to give a framework into which squad and developing players can slot. I expect Sam to locate talent for next season and to develop what we have. My personal expectations are for buy options to be a part of any loans to us and for a split of developing players (who are good enough to be loaned into those coming through (not loaned) and those who need game time. One feature of loaned players is that they are usually not (Sakho has been) part of the team that goes out each week and like Ladapo can be left on the bench - leaving those who will be there for next season to gel a little more. Sorry to be so long. COYP

Two years ago would have said yes but not now. Missed too many games and carries an injury with him that he has had long term. Have a pal that worked for Terry and said he is a top bloke who treated him very well with decent tips etc.
