Loved it.
We originally planned to stay for 4days (based in St Hellier) but had to cut it to 3 so we didn't get to do too much of the 'touristy stuff' tbh but thanks for all the info.
Saw a show on Sat night, had a walk along the beaches/around the town on Sunday then watched the footy in a bar full of scousers............which was nice and a boat trip along the coast yesterday (accompanied by some dolphins) topped off what was a great w'end.
The town was clean, the people were friendly and the weather was fab.
We'll be going back to see the rest of the island at some point but get the feeling, as some of you have said, that a week will be plenty.
Thanks again.

Only just saw this. A boat trip with Seafaries would have been one of my top recommendations. Seems like you've got to do that. The war tunnels is the top tourist attraction, there's also Noirmont point or the bunkers at Corbiere if you want to see German stuff. A visit to either of the big castles is pretty standard, I always preferred Grosnez. The horse racing up there is always good fun too.

The north coast is much nicer than the south, and if you get enough time try and get over to Sark for the day.

For meals either try St. Aubin or St. Ouen's Bay.

Tantivy and the other coach companies should be avoided.

Which pub did you go to? Those beans love drinking.

Love Jersey great little Island. Agreed the Castles are worth seeing as is the German underground Hospital, plenty of WWII places if you like that kind of thing. Beautiful beaches and hidden Coves. Sark is worth a visit it's a strange place caught in a time warp. Local Island for Local people. Guernsey is pretty much the same as Jersey. In August they have a big Parade called Battle of the Flowers. If you are after riotous nightlife then probably not the right place, but I would recommend it for a short break
