I think it's good they're away on the weds before we play them.

I'd be disappointed if we didn't at least get a draw.

This is a scenario we would have paid handsomely for!

If LCFC are still in with a shout, then there's no doubt their priority will be on the 2nd leg.

If they get mullered in Spain, it will take a hell of a lot to get them up again for a testing trip to Selhurst.

Either way, it's bound to be a tough, exhausting, experience for them...while we are resting from the previous Monday's win against the Gooners!

Good points and we should take some positives from this. Let's hope they don't muller Atletico in Spain though. COYP !!!

They have a rubbish away record in the PL too (as do Hull and Burnley). Nine points on offer!

The right place at the right time

And as I've reasoned in another thread...a win against Hull plus maybe just 4 points from elsewhere could easily be enough.

But I feel we can do better than that.

On a slight tangent. I was out with a load of Leicester fans last week. They said they were shocked to find that UEFA rules mean that no booze is allowed anywhere in the stadium during champions league games.

As a result they've decide they're not too bothered they don't qualify for it again.
