Brauny? No, no, not Brauny. He at least rationalises his arguments. Edited by Cucking Funt (05 Mar 2017 9.55pm)

I concur with these sentiments but let's not get too carried away just yet ! I felt that if we got defeated by Middlesbrough my view on relegation would shift from "Possible" to "Probable". Now after 2 fine wins I am still in the "Possible" camp but not yet transferred to the "Unlikely" one - maybe this will happen if we defeat Watford ! Exactly how I feel. I thought we were relegation certs but now am starting to feel a bit more optimistic but then I thought the same after the Bournemouth game and we all know what happened the following week! Our run-in is horrific so it's vital we pick up another 3 points against Watford.

When Allardyce was at Sunderland last season he won 3 of their first 10 league games. He has been with us for 10 games and has won 3 of them !

Don't care where we appear on MoTD so long as we keep accumulating three points. Comments about "champagne football" are somewhat derogatory because it was a "gutsy" team performance that delivered the result. Well done Palace!!! From our perspective as Palace fans absolutely. I was taking the view (and prejudices) of the MoD programmer selecting the matches to appeal to the great unwashed.

Huge result. Looking at the fixtures Watford, Burnley and Hull are must win and we will need something from Leicester and one other to make it. It's going to be really really close but at least we are making a fight of it now.
The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years |
