Got fed up with people scratching their heads about whats going on, so thought i would show whats going on...

Our problem is very simple, if our home record was the same as our away record we would be on 24 points and that would put us safe...ish...
If our away record was the same as our home record then we would be on 10 points, thats Aston Villa stuff...
Away form for the season we are 10th and home we are 5 points adrift at the bottom.
Thats why we are in this position, we can argue about fine tuning and what formation or team to put out but the problem is this simple, we are dogsh1t at home, there is literally nothing else to debate...
The only thing to work out is why we are so bad at home, I dont really have an answer to that, i just have the stats to show the problem...

Highlighting the obvious, without any idea of a solution, is probably not helping much.

If I had the solution, I would have applied for the job when we sacked Pardew! :-)

Ooh thinking about it, if we are prepared to spend millions on players, maybe we could chuck 250k a year on several psycologists to try and turn the mentality of a few players around? Might not work but paying 20k a week just on the offchance? We have payed out 4 times that on one player who is too injured to play football!
Nothing to lose I reckon

If each half was 40 minutes long, we'd be in the top half of the table.

The upside is that if we do sort ourselves out at home we have 5 very winable games at home as well as 3 very winable games away. I wouldnt rule out some cheeky away points from the hard away games either so if we fix or at least improve the problems then the fixtures are in our favour but the problems need to be sorted...like...now...

Please spare me the words 'winnable games' !!
Better to say 'losable games' the basic fact is: we need to win 7 more games to survive and I just don't see where these points are coming from ...
