What it needs is for the manger to get a grip and instil some team spirit and pride in the players. BFS has made things worse since he arrived by messing about with team selection and the way we play. I think the players do not really know what they are doing and are frightened to take the ball up the pitch hence the reason why Punch always kicks across the field rather than up the pitch. Benteke should have support up the front as he runs around like a lost soul and lives on scraps most of the time.
Substitutions BFS makes leave me baffled at times as well and I wonder if he really knows what he is doing.
We shall have to wait and see how long SP suffers in silence.
