Terrible, terrible day - amongst the worst ever in over 40 years of supporting. But we are still in the mix. A win at Stoke next week could change all of this negativity. And then the whole ground needs to be geared up towards supporting the team against Boro at home (even if some feel they don't deserve it). The club can either pull together or fall apart - let's make it pull together.

Plus, I thought Wilf played really yesterday well and looked up for it. WE could have a "refreshed" team for Boro - let' not give up just yet.

Plenty of positives. I got served in the Clifton quickly after the match being the biggest.

Some of our players did look good at times too and I'd imagine that Remy and Townsend are pleased they were only on in the 2nd half.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

I do think that a single win is unlikely now to bring back the feel-good factor. An unbeaten run, with some wins, maybe, but beware of false dawns, like Bournemouth.

We need a run of four or five games unbeaten, with a couple of wins.

If you come to a fork in the road, take it.

A positive, Benteke proves once again he needs to be dropped until he can be arsed.

It's almost as inevitable as Palace losing at home when the worst team in the league comes round. Another play-off defeat to Sheffield Wednesday would be lovely.

A small, but welcome, oasis in our current desert of want.

We didn't lose to the worst team in the league because that tonight is us.
I dont remember ever being 4-0 down at half time ....ever before. So at least I witnessed something at Selhurst today. But the way our fans behaved ......I was stunned. Maybe we are sh****ite but there is no way any Palace fan should behave how they did in the Homesdale where I am. Your not fit to wear the shirt echoing round the end. If I didn't love the place so much i would have left. Who the f**** ck do these so called fans think they are. What has happened to us??? I am sitting here tonight stunned by what I witnessed today. Not the defeat but the fans reaction to it. I am Palace through and through so no matter what I would never behave like that. Then one bloke ran on trying to hit Delaney. WTF. This is not the Palace I grew up with from the sixties. I am stunned. OK we are going down but hey we are still the Palace. The Park was half empty at full time. The wheels have come off. Positives ?? In my world none re CPFC. And as for you thousands singing that about the shirt you should be disgraced at your behaviour.
OK the players get a fortune for playing but that is not their fault its yours.
Like me you are paying them through turning up and more through Sky. But singing about the shirt NO WAY. I am still stunned shocked and not knowing what to think. One of the things I have always love about CPFC was our loyalty. Well that went out the window tonight.. Worst day I ever had at CPFC but I still enjoyed being there. Unlike thousands of others. WTF has happened???? Very sad.

they f***ing deserved it. The fans sang the truth, none of that lot (maybe Wilf) are fit to play for CPFC, they don't have the heart required. No respect for the fans so why show them any?
