Haha. No player in his right mind is going to think everything is OK just because they've been clapped off after that dross. Nonsense What makes you think these were players in their right minds? They didn't play as if they were in their right minds.

Look at today's team - Apart from PVA they were all the players who collectively have been abject all season. I have stated all along that we needed 5 new players to turn our season around and I stick with that.We need to get all the 'New blood' in asap.Cannot do any worse than all the dross served up by those who have let us down over a long period.

I agree, there's a difference between showing displeasure about a particular performance and a toxic atmosphere I think part of the problem is that Allardyce is the manager. His appointment has divided fans and I think that has transferred to the attitude towards the team. I said it in a thread earlier in the week, undermine the manager and you undermine the team This is true. It might have knocked the team when 1-0 down but could do do more in 2+ weeks time. Keep supporting CPFC. Managers come and go.

What we need is for the lads to play as a team at all times. Everton, Tottenham, Manchester City and Manchester United seem to be able to manage. Look at Lincoln city and Sutton United proving that football is played with eleven players (accustomed to supporting each other) on the pitch at any time. Palace players seeming to invite the opposition to come and take the ball, rather than making space by movement off the ball is a problem, that other teams do not have. I am thinking of a number of young players - Lookman (19) Alli (20)Jesus (19)Rashford (19), Lapodo, Anderson and Mutch who all show that a striker given space can do the business. I must not say that it seems that Benteke, Zaha, and Cabaye received guidance regarding not being allowed to play from Sunderland players. Something for Sam to address. COYP
