It is really hard to stay positive with 1 point in 15 since SA arrived. Swansea have won two games in that time and if I were a Swansea fan I would be very encouraged. Hull look doomed and did not really test Chelsea ( bit like us). Sunderland also look like they have run out of steam ( same sort of recent record as us). Middlesbrough could be dragged into it as they have been getting good reviews but are only a few points above us. The next few games are crucial and if we are in the same position in March we go on a run against better teams and will be very low on confidence.

the only positive is that wilf is one game closer to returning. sam just needs to use him in the correct manner & we should be ok. If Morocco win or draw against Ivory Coast on Wednesday, Wilf should be on his way home.

He has been part of the team for most of the the past 12 months where we won hardly any games at all....

6 points against B'mth and Sunderland is possible, and essential. We, and the players, will all feel a bit different then. Looking forward to Bournemouth. A local match for me, and they aren't confident either at the moment. Their fans are getting at Eddie Howe, would you believe it? - points for the taking.

Six would change things massively.

the big positive is that we are out of the mickey mouse fa cup. loads of other teams did well in this competition and suffered poor league form or relegation as a result. onwards and upwards to survival on goal difference on the last 3 minutes of extra time on the last game of the season. sunderland, hull and middlesboro to get relegated
