I have to say from watching and listening to Sammy Lee's maiden interview it seems like he's a very much needed and welcomed addition to the back room staff. He seemed to know our squad well and from first impressions will have a very positive effects on the teams tenacity and mentality moving forward, which is the key reason (in my humble opinion) for the underperformance in recent weeks.
