I understand the sentiment with Millen. However this season we bought several "supposedly" top class players and Millen had never coached at this level before, so for me it stands to reason that he was probably part of the problem rather than the solution to the mess we are in. For me that's like taking your new ferrari to be serviced at a Skoda garage. Best of luck to Keith, but we don't owe the guy a job and he will undoubtedly find another role at his level. We are moving forward and need top class coaches to train and motivate these players.

Good Luck to Keith Millen wherever he ends up.He has been a loyal servant to Palace and a true gent! But I agree it was time for him to move on!( Will still pay my annual membership to his "fan club"😀😃
