I do normally just ignore his gibberings but seeing as the moderators obviously feel that it is quite acceptable to call someone a gimp even though the rules are quite specific when stating "We do not tolerate abusive, malicious, personal attacks on the message boards" I thought that I would politely point out that his reply was nonsense. Or the moderators aren't some omnimpresent force that people seem to think they are, have lives of their own and don't always get to see every message or alert.

I just listened to Steve's interview. Like a Jim Royal character all he talks about are the outgoings. £1m to upgrade floodlights, 3,000 seats to go to allow 100 wheelchair users, plus millions pumped into training facilities. Not one mention of the fact that in TV revenue alone CPFC received £72m last season and if we finish 17th this campaign the estimate is £103m with a similar figure due next year. That is mental money Steve, more than you and the other three fans you invested with could ever have dreamed about. You have fallen into a pot of gold. It's time you invited the fans to the party so all Palace followers can enjoy the experience. That starts with axing a £20 admission fee for an FA Cup reply on a January night against third-tier opposition. While you're at it get rid of that illuminated advertising shining in the faces of fans near the front of the stands. They have paid over the odds to watch the game, not be dazzled by your zeal to inflict marketing on a captive audience.

I must have listened to a completely different interview then as in the one I listened to he talked a lot about injuries, players, Pardew, Allardyce, the rubbish the media spout as well as his relationship with the American investors. You are quite right that the club's income is enormous and probably far higher than they dreamed of but there again so are the costs of running a Premiership football club and I'm willing to bet that when the club's accounts are published there won't be the sort of big, fat profit that you obviously think there is

The vast majority of money that tv brings in goes to players and running costs part of which is the lights that we had to have. Season tickets are good value £18 is not excessive IMO. SP is a very good owner I bet Charlton Blackpool and Hull would love a SP at their club.

Yeah the useless c***s * failed to move a post I accidentally put in the tickets forum about player fitness. Was very interesting and took me hours. *this is an irony based joke before I get carded or banned. I can't confirm or deny they are c***s since I don't even know who they are.
