The problem with Jedi (ignoring disciplinary) was his need to deal with everything. He covered every header even if they weren't his to meet. It didn't always help. Definitely need a new midfield boss. If we were to get Frank Lampard we would see how a good communicator works from the middle again. Wouldn't expect FL to get much game time though. It's just an example.
