I am glad I didn't go to my local to watch. I am well known as a Palace fan and the derision would have been unbearable. But as has been correctly said, losing 2-0 away to Arse is no disgrace although it could easily have been a 6-0 stuffing. It's early to start doubting Sam but I felt he was an absolutely correct appointment from Parish, the board and investors. We were lucky to get him as other strugglers must have been sniffing around. The simple fact is that, like Pulis, he was employed to keep us up and that will be the final judgment (or epitaph!). Nothing is fool-proof - fools are too ingenious
