An attacking player can deliberately kick the ball against an opponents hand in the box and the referee would have to point to the spot ! But I appreciate the complexities involved when one hears of "Unnatural position" of hands etc etc.Six inches here and there and it becomes "Natural" or "Unnatural" etc etc.I've heard pundits who have seen replays several times disgaree if a penalty should be awarded or not so even if video technology is introduced to decide on such matters there could still be disputes. I can't see being assigned a Yorkshire derby as being demoted in the first place. Premier League refs routinely are assigned lower division matches if the circumstances warrant. As for MC escaping scrutiny by coming to MLS, Fox Sports has a specialist commentator who "evaluates" refs calls. Usually, his comments spark a Twitter war.
Divorced...And LOVING it! |
