Pards is now apparently 7/4 favourite for the Swansea job.

Pards is now apparently 7/4 favourite for the Swansea job. Strengthen their leaky defence? ROTFL. BBC reckon it's between Coleman and Giggsy. I think both of those would be hopeless. Of course the right man for the job would be Sam Allardyce. Oh, wait... Edited by chateauferret (28 Dec 2016 1.03pm)

Like he did with those relegation certs Crystal Palace when he took over, and led them to their best ever premiership finish, and best year of premiership football. That said, I think their problem is beyond the manager. They've been successively worse despite changes to manager. They have recruited very poorly over the last few transfer windows, and don't seem to have had any youngsters step in. Siggurosson, Dyer, and Taylor are the only players in their squad who I think would improve our team. Given how thin our squad is, whomever comes in for them will have a really hard time.
If you come to a fork in the road, take it. |

They have a decent team that need organising just like we do. I think Gary Rowett would be good for them its bad news for us as BB was out of his depth.

I think we are a bit premature about Swansea they can certainly play good football but do look light without Ashley Williams. As for the constant changing of Managers they must be joking. What a player Siggurdson is if they sell they will be able to bring in 2 or 3 top players. Pards interested? With American owners? They don't know much about football

They do have some decent players but have to spend a fair bit to get back to where they were. They haven't replaced Williams, Ayew, Bony and Boo Radley swapped the team so many times their confidence is shot. Six different defensive combinations in 11 games. They may turn it around but money will need to be spent.

Have to say I can't see Pards ending up at Swansea. Glad that Parish and the board moved swiftly to secure SA though otherwise he would be nailed on for this one. Would love us to prise Siggurdson or Lorente out of there during January. As for you Willo you must have a nicely upholstered fence at home you like sitting on!
