just heard the Simon Jordan interview on Sky Sports. And he alluded to his having lost faith in Pardew by the end of last season.

- January to May , our league performance was abysmal

- Our inability to hold onto a lead at Wembley for more than a few nanoseconds.

- Our failure to get a good performance from players who have previously proven themselves to be mustard.

- Our signing of underperformers

- Pardew's record of poor runs of form with other clubs.

- Murray and Gayle are now pulling up trees in the Championship.

- Our total lack of goals last season, our total lack of defence this season.

Personally, i wouldn't have minded if Pardew had left us in June. For the record...i had lost confidence too by June. The club is bigger than any one person.
discuss.

Definately. That cup final alone was a massive balls up let alone the hideous league form

Swansea visiting Selhurst was a pardew performance. That clown is still haunting us with his poxy atmosphere and players not wanting the ball.

attacking players passing back to midfielders.

midfielders passing to defenders.

defenders passing to hennessey.

nobody going in for crunch tackles, taking a card for the team, nobody growling at opposition players. A bunch of polite gentlemen. Should be playing bridge down at the teahouse.

More like a bunch of spineless cnuts who don't give a sh1t about the club. We've put up with this cr@p for a whole year now, and yes Pardew is to blame for this mess. I hope Sam clears out some of these useless pricks and gets some proper players in, not these dense and mentally weak sick notes who seem to have been sulking and feeling sorry for themselves for over 12 months. Half the team haven't got the intelligence they were born with. How do they keep making the same mistakes? Going a goal down just before half time (usually a soft goal), battling back only to invite the opposing team onto us and letting another sh1t goal in. Sam will sort it though, I have confidence in that.

Yes.
And Pardew should have chosen Speroni just over a year ago, then he would have had match practice.

Regards Murray, both Wickham and Benteke are better football players than Murray. I agree we are missing Murray's attitude on the pitch at the moment but I think Jedi is a much bigger loss to the squad and would have done a good job this year to get us out of this mess.

If we had kept Jedinak on we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.

He should have been sacked before the summer.

Luckiest man ever as a player or manager to have made such a good living from the game.

Jedinak and Gayle's sales I can understand. But Murray we sold about four months after he'd made a massive contribution to us staying up and he'd battered Vincent Kompany. Replaced him with Connor Wickham.

YES!
11 points in the last 19 games of last season was glossed over by the Cup run - enjoyable though it was.
The stupidity of Pardew was summed up to me when Puncheon scored in the Final.
A good Manager would have called the players - or at least the Captain over - and changed tactics - waste time, ball into row Z, get cramp, frustrate Man Utd for the next few minutes, 8 minutes away from glory etc.
What did he do - a bloody jig - I ask you!
When Man Utd scored their second goal the other week against us Jose didn't celebrate he shouted and changed things to shut up shop - celebrations come after the result - not before and that just summed Pardew up for me.
He did not do everything he could have done
