Going a goal down just before half time (usually a soft goal), battling back only to invite the opposing team onto us and letting another sh1t goal in. The stupidity of Pardew was summed up to me when Puncheon scored in the Final.
A good Manager would have called the players - or at least the Captain over - and changed tactics - waste time, ball into row Z, get cramp, frustrate Man Utd for the next few minutes, 8 minutes away from glory etc.
What did he do - a bloody jig - I ask you!
When Man Utd scored their second goal the other week against us Jose didn't celebrate he shouted and changed things to shut up shop - celebrations come after the result - not before and that just summed Pardew up for me.
He did not do everything he could have done
